CRITERIA :  The following elements must appear on your  advertisement:

1. Is it a house or an apartment?:  Maison a vendre OR  Appartement a vendre
2. Where is it?  Paris?  Lyon?  Aix en Provence?
3. What is the price?  Must be in euros.
4. A list of rooms and features - these can be found in the description below the photo.
5. 3 adjectives to describe your house/apartment.

ADJECTIVES: exceptionnel, superbe, calme, magnifique, luxueux, confortable, traditionnel, typique, charmant, extraordinaire, moderne, élégant, différent.
